A false advertising lawsuit has been filed claiming consumer enticed to purchase Strawberry Pop-Tarts under the mistaken belief that the product contained more real strawberries, and more nutritious ingredients, than they actually include. The case will require a court to agree a reasonable consumer would have such belief based on Kellogg’s advertising of the product.
